Showtime Rotisserie and BBQ ovens are small, compact ovens designed to slow cook and prepare meat using rotating rods to slowly spin and cook in a hot oven. The Showtime Rotisserie and BBQ Oven also contains a steaming and heating tray to slow cook and steam vegetables. You can cook meat using the rotisserie oven and steam vegetables at the same time. The steam trays are located on top of the Showtime Rotisserie and BBQ Oven so that the vegetables are not in danger of being contaminated by any raw poultry or beef.

Turn on the the Showtime Rotisserie and BBQ Oven by turning the rotation switch to the center position labeled "Normal Rotation."
Lift up the heating tray on the top of the Showtime Rotisserie Oven and add a half-cup of water to each steam tray. The heating trays sit on top of the steam trays.
Set the timer for 30 minutes. Press and hold the "+Min/10 Min" button and press the "10 Min" button three times to get 30 minutes. Allow the water to heat up before you place the vegetables on the heating trays.
The Showtime Rotisserie Oven will turn off once the timer has indicated that time has expired. Check your vegetables to make sure they are thoroughly cooked. If the vegetables need to be cooked longer, add another 10 minutes on the timer. Add water as needed to the steam trays.
Remove the vegetables from the steamer by lifting the heating trays off of the top of the Showtime Rotisserie Oven. Use hot pads to prevent yourself from getting burned by the steam or the heating and steaming trays. Wait for the water on the oven to cool down before your dispose of the leftover steam water. When the water has cooled, lift the steam trays off the top of the oven and dump the water into the sink.
