We can't be friends if you don't love to take classic childhood treats and make them even better! These Lucky Charms cereal treats are a fun and whimsical example of taking it to the next level. Instead of the usual Rice Krispies, I used a leprechaun-approved cereal to add a festive touch in honor of St. Patrick's Day. With their crispy yet chewy texture, these colorful treats come together effortlessly in just a little over 30 minutes.

The magic to making this easy treat is that it only needs three essential ingredients. The buttery notes combined with the familiar vanilla sweetness of the marshmallows mix perfectly with the Lucky Charms cereal to create a wonderfully nostalgic, crispy snack. Using fresh marshmallows ensures they melt seamlessly, and while rainbow sprinkles are optional, I highly recommend them for an extra pop of color!

You can enjoy them as they are or with a glass of cold milk for dunking. If you're in the mood for a decadent dessert, serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to complement the crispy texture.
