This cookie recipe is one of my favorites because it's similar to those soft, store-bought melt-in-your-mouth sugar cookies that come in the plastic clamshell packaging. Y'know, the ones with the pink frosting?

Even though those cookies are absolutely divine‌,‌ freshly baked cookies win my heart every single time...‌especially‌ if they can be made in less than 30 minutes. And spoiler alert, that's how long it actually takes to make these cookies. Woo!
