The pudding cups feature the three most popular cookies: Thin Mints with vanilla pudding, Do-si-dos with chocolate pudding and Samoas (aka Caramel DeLites) with coconut cream pudding. Each one is also topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream and complementary ingredients, like mini chocolate chips. So good!

Thin Mint & Vanilla Pudding Cup

Things You'll Need

  • 5 Thin Mints cookies, plus more for garnish

  • 2 cups vanilla pudding

  • Mini chocolate chips

  • Whipped cream

  • Fresh mint (optional)

1. Make Thin Mints crust

Break apart the Thin Mints into small bite-sized pieces.

Add the broken Thin Mints to a clear cup.

Mix the leftover crumbs with vanilla pudding. You can add more crushed cookies if needed.

3. Layer pudding cup

Scoop the vanilla pudding into the cup. Top with whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, Thin Mints crumbs and fresh mint, if you like.

  • 5 Do-si-dos cookies, plus more for garnish

  • 2 cups chocolate pudding

  • Peanut butter baking chips

  • Chocolate shavings

  • Whipped cream

Break the Do-si-dos into small pieces. You can use the bottom of a jar or cup to crush them into smaller pieces, if desired.

  • 2 cups coconut cream pudding

  • Coconut flakes

  • Mini chocolate chips

  • Whipped cream
