Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs

Things You'll Need

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced lengthwise

  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp. cornichon pickle juice

  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • 4 cornichons, sliced lengthwise

  • Celery matchsticks

  • Celery leaves

  • Old Bay seasoning

Tip

Cut the celery matchsticks so they're small and thin enough to fit into half an egg white.

1. Make filling

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Set aside the egg whites.

To the egg yolks, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cornichon pickle juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.

For a spicier flavor, add more hot sauce.

Mash until combined and creamy.

2. Fill egg whites

Transfer the egg yolk filling to a resealable plastic bag. Snip one corner of the bag.

You can also use an icing piping bag. In this case, use a wide, round piping tip.

Pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.

3. Garnish

Top each deviled egg with a thinly sliced celery matchstick, celery leaf, and sliced cornichon. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.

Tip

For a stronger Old Bay flavor, sprinkle the seasoning on a plate. Dip the egg whites face down into the seasoning before filling them.

Smoked Salmon & Dill Deviled Eggs

Things You'll Need

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced lengthwise

  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp. dill, chopped

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • 2 Tbsp. smoked salmon, finely sliced

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Set aside the egg whites.

You can also use apple cider vinegar or pickle juice in place of lemon juice.

Sour Cream & Onion Deviled Eggs

Things You'll Need

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced lengthwise

  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream

  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • Chives, finely chopped, for garnish

Add sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Tip
