  • 1 tsp. milk (any kind)

  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 Tbsp. quick-cooking oats

  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda

  • 1/8 tsp. salt

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chocolate chips, plus more for topping

1. Mix wet ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
