The Sealy Posturepedic mattress is designed to eliminate pressure points and promote a restful night’s sleep. Posturepedic mattresses are constructed with inner springs and may have a foam mattress pad built into the top. You can clean the foam pad in much the same way you clean the mattress itself; just keep in mind that you can only clean a foam Posturepedic mattress very gently with the utmost care.

Video of the Day
Remove all bedding and protective mattress pads from your Sealy Posturepedic mattress and launder them as usual; proper laundering will depend on your choice of bedding, but usually means a cold or warm machine wash with a mild detergent and tumble drying on a low to medium setting.
Vacuum your Posturepedic mattress thoroughly; you may want a flat nose attachment to help clean the mattress surface faster, and the bare hose or a "crevice cleaning" attachment to help get into the crevices of the mattress.
Treat stains by mixing mild soap--dish soap works--with cold water in a small bowl. Dab this mixture on with a clean rag, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then blot away.
