Everybody's always asking me for a great marinade for chicken breasts. Well, I've' got a great one for you. This is a Cajun marinade that's so simple and so easy but so delicious everybody's going to love it. Here's what you're going to need: three to four tablespoons of red wine vinegar, two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, two tablespoons of olive oil, two tablespoons of horseradish mustard, one tablespoon of brown sugar and then you're going to use your Cajun blend. I'm using my own Cajun blend here but, if you don't have your own Cajun blend, you can use a mix of thyme, oregano, basil, salt and then a pinch of cayenne pepper and use that in equal parts. The next step is to put all of your ingredients in the bowl, starting with the vinegar, the Worcestershire sauce, your olive oil, horseradish mustard, the brown sugar, of course, your Cajun spice blend. And, we're going to use about two tablespoons of the Cajun spice blend. And, next, we just blend them all together until they're thoroughly mixed and that's good for about three breasts. If you need more, obviously, double the recipe. And that's how you make a great chicken breast marinade. I'm Jason Ballin, from Whipped & Beaten Culinary Works.
