Things You'll Need
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- Butter or margarine

Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk for one minute.
Add the cup of milk and whisk for another minute. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Melt the butter or margarine in the skillet and slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Turn the heat down and stir the mixture occasionally.
Pull the egg mixture across the pan, lifting and turning as small curds form. Continue to do this until the eggs thicken and no liquid remains.
Tips & Warnings
- Serve the eggs on a piece of toast
- Make sure that you turn the heat low. Otherwise the eggs will stick to the pan - cleaning the pan will not be much fun.
