Hi there. I'm Tracy Goodwin and I'm The Red Sweater Lady. And today we're going to be talking about something very important. How to improve your self esteem. And when I talk about how to improve your self esteem, I'm talking about how to improve the way you feel about yourself. We walk around in the world having a certain image of ourselves. And what's really interesting is, sometimes our image of ourself is very, very negative. And that's what self esteem is, is how do we really feel about ourselves. Sometimes we can go to the other extreme and think we're very fabulous. Maybe a little too fabulous. But there's lot of skills, there's lots of interactions with people, there's lots of assessments that you can make to help you improve your self esteem. Especially if you have a low self esteem, which statistics show that many, many, many Americans have very low self esteem. And a lot of that has to do with you. Really all of it has to do with you and how you feel about who you are and how you present yourself in the world. And you know what? You just might not be as bad as you think you are. So, today I'm going to give you some tips. If you follow them, I guarantee you will improve your self esteem.
