Cut out four equilateral triangles, with small tabs on their right sides to make gluing them to each other easier.

Use a ruler and brown marker to make horizontal lines going across each triangle. Place the lines in the same spot in all triangles so that when you put the pyramid together, the lines coincide. Then add vertical lines to resemble bricks.

Fold the tabs on your triangles down and apply glue to the side that will come into contact with the next equilateral triangle. Attach. Do this until you have a standing pyramid.

Cut out triangles of the same size from a piece of cardboard if you find that your pyramid is not sufficiently sturdy. Insert the pieces into the pyramid as backing, so that under each face of the pyramid lays another parallel triangle as reinforcement. The cardboard reinforcement should fit in snugly, so you won't need to glue them in place.

Coat the entire pyramid in a thin layer of glue. Sprinkle sand over the top and allow it to dry.

Repeat these steps for the other two pyramids, making sure to size them appropriately so that they resemble the Pyramids of Giza. The Great Pyramid of Khufu should be significantly larger than the other two, and the second pyramid should look slightly larger than the third.

Place the three pyramids in the same position as the Pyramids of Giza, on a cardboard base for transporting or displaying. Align the pyramids in a row so that the edge of one pyramid's two sides lines up perfectly with an edge of the next pyramid.
