Things You'll Need

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Oil spray
  • 6 cups frozen potatoes (best with hash browns)

In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Add the tomato paste, water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Use the oil spray on a large casserole dish and add the frozen potatoes.

Add meat and tomato mixture to the top of the potatoes.

Cover and bake in a 350-degree oven for 60 minutes.

Let cool slightly, then eat and enjoy!
