How to Make Cheerleading Noisemakers

Wash out the bottle and completely remove the label. Allow bottle to dry before continuing the project.

Put a handful of beans or rocks into the bottle. The less beans or rocks you add, the more noise it will make. Apply glue around the mouth of the bottle and secure lid.

Mix 2 tbsp water with 2 tbsp glue to create a glue paste.

Tear tissue paper into 4 inch squares. Use paintbrush to spread a layer of glue paste on a small portion of the bottle. Apply a tissue paper square onto the glue, paint over it with glue paste. Continue this process, alternating team colors until bottle is covered with tissue paper.

Decorate the bottle with stickers, paint or glitter in team colors.
