Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe

Things You'll Need

  • 1 large head of cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, and set aside. In a small bowl combine the buffalo sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk well to combine.

Step 2

Transfer the cauliflower bites to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and mix well, making sure the cauliflower is well coated in the sauce.

Step 3

Spread the cauliflower onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring once at the half way point. Then, increase the oven to the broiler setting and bake for another 5 to 6 minutes, or until dark brown at the edges. Serve at once.
