The Namaste Perfect Flour Blend is comprised of Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Sorghum Flour and xantham gum. Namaste Perfect Flour Blend is free of wheat, gluten, corn, soy, dairy, casein, potato, tree nuts & peanuts. This is a great substitute for people with allergies or for people trying to avoid these products for any number of reasons. Baking without gluten is not a problem with a few simple adjustments.
Things You'll Need
1-1/3 cups very warm water
1 rounded tbsp. sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tbsp. butter
4 rounded cups of Namaste Perfect Flour Blend
1 tsp. active dry yeast
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease loaf pan. In a large bowl combine the sugar, salt, flour and yeast.
Create a pocket in the middle of the mixture and add the butter and water, mix well until blended.
Pour mixture into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Bread should be golden in color, slightly darker around the edges. A crack running down the center of the bread is normal. The inside of the crack should not look wet. The edges of the bread will begin to pull away from the sides of the loaf pan.
Insert a toothpick into the center of the bread, if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
