Buffalo chicken has to be one of my favorite flavor combinations out there. Buffalo wings, buffalo chicken pizza, and my new favorite buffalo ranch chicken dip are some of the best ways that I like to pair the two together. My recipe for buffalo ranch chicken dip is easy and made with simple ingredients that will please a crowd. Spiciness from the wing sauce gets cooled down with ranch and cream cheese to create the ultimate party dip!
Things You'll Need
- 1 lb. shredded and cooked chicken breasts (can use rotisserie chicken or cook your own breasts)

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Mix & Layer Ingredients
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing in a bowl and combine until smooth. Spread into the bottom of a greased baking dish. In another bowl, combine chicken and wing sauce and then layer on top of the cream cheese and ranch layer in the baking dish.
Step 3: Cover with Shredded Cheese
Sprinkle an even layer of shredded cheese on top of the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Then sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
This dip is so yummy and perfect for any kind of potluck that you might have. I love to pair this dip with baguette slices and some celery and carrots too for a little crunch.
