  • 1/2 cup flour

Chicken is an all-white meat that provides much needed protein. It is usually served for dinner but can be eaten at lunch. There are several ways you can prepare chicken, including using a convection oven. To cook chicken pieces in your convection oven, there are a few steps you need to follow.

Preheat the convection oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine in a large mixing bowl flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Pour the milk into a bowl.

Dip each piece of chicken in the milk bowl and then into the bowl of flour and spices. Make sure each piece is evenly coated.

Spray the baking sheet with the olive oil cooking spray and set the chicken pieces on the baking sheet.

Place the chicken in the convection oven. Chicken wings and backs must cook for 35 minutes, while chicken thighs and breasts need to cook for 40 minutes.

Tip

You can use poultry seasoning instead of other spices.

Warning

The internal temperature of chicken pieces needs to reach 160 degrees to be safe to eat.
