Step 1

Pre-heat your oven to 350 F. Follow your recipe directions for preparing, breading and frying your chicken on your stove top. Fry until each piece is a rich, golden brown. Turn the pieces only once.

Remove the chicken pieces and place them on a paper towel or parchment paper to drain off some fat. Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
