The breakfast food spread can consist of pancakes with pineapple/mango salsa, fruit salad, banana French toast and orange/coconut scones. The more savory lunch spread can be compiled of coconut shrimp, ham and pineapple and mango chicken. Beach brunches can be made by simply adding some form of fruit to your dish!
