Supplies
You will need: printable treat bag toppers, paper cutter or scissors, cellophane bags (5 inches wide), stapler, and Valentine-inspired treats.

Valentine's Goodie Bags!
To assemble, simply fill cellophane bags with the sweets, toys and other fun items. Print out your toppers, and then use scissors or a paper cutter to cut out. Fold printables over and staple onto cellophane bags. Seriously cute, right?
