How to Care for Adura Flooring

Things You'll Need

  • Broom

  • Bucket

  • Mannington Award Series cleaner or ammonia

  • Mop

Adura flooring is a line of vinyl flooring manufactured by Mannington. The line is designed to look like natural stone tiles. Routine cleaning and care will keep the flooring looking clean and new. Mannington recommends that you sweep the floors at least once a week to remove dirt, dust and debris. Mop the floors as needed to remove mud, dirt and spills.

Step 1

Sweep the Adura floor to remove dirt, dust and debris.

Step 2

Pour 2 to 3 capfuls of Mannington Award Series cleaner into a gallon of warm water in a bucket. In lieu of the cleaner, use 2 tbsp. of ammonia.

Step 3

Dip a mop into the bucket. Mop the floors starting at the back of the room and working your way forward.

Step 4

Rinse the mop and bucket. Fill the bucket with cool water. Re-mop the floors with the clear water to remove all soap residue.

Step 5

Allow the floors to air dry.
