Mop N Glo has long been a floor cleaning solution designed for and used on linoleum floors. It removes buildup from the linoleum while also adding a layer of shine that makes the linoleum look like new. The shine is produced by leaving behind a light layer of wax, which will build up over time. When a large amount of wax builds up, you need to use a different cleaning routine to remove it.

Things You'll Need

  • Bucket
  • Vinegar
  • Water
  • Nylon scrub brush
  • Mop

Video of the Day

Pour 1 cup of water and 1 gallon of hot water into a bucket.

Dip a nylon scrub brush into the vinegar and scrub it over the linoleum.

Swish the brush in the bucket of water every minute or so and continue scrubbing the linoleum floor.

Dip a mop in the cleaning solution, squeeze it out and wipe across the linoleum to remove any excess Mop N Glo or water.

Repeat this process until all Mop N Glo residue is gone. Let the linoleum air dry.
