Blueberry Basil Smoothie

Things You'll Need

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup basil

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1 Tbsp. for glass presentation

Mango Coconut Smoothie

Things You'll Need

  • 2 cups frozen mango

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Strawberry Banana Mint Smoothie

Things You'll Need

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 cup mint

  • 2 dates

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1 Tbsp. for glass presentation

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

1. Blend the ingredients

For each smoothie, add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare the glasses
