Strawberry Muddy Buddies

Things You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups Chex cereal

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

  • 3 Tbsp. nut or seed butter (peanut, cashew, almond, sunflower, etc.)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 3 Tbsp. freeze-dried strawberry powder

  • 1/3 cup mini marshmallows

1. Melt the chocolate chips and butter

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and nut/seed butter. Heat in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted together.

2. Combine with Chex cereal

Add the Chex cereal to a large reclosable bag. Pour in the melted chocolate and butter. Shake until the cereal is uniformly coated.

Add the powdered sugar and freeze-dried strawberry powder to the bag. Shake until the cereal is completely coated.
