Things You'll Need
2 lbs frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
cup white onion, chopped
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Step 1: Combine
Stir together all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2: Add to Baking Dish
Add to a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Step 3: Serve Warm
