Copycat Recipe: Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

This is the ultimate don't knock it 'til you've tried it dish, and the definition of comfort food. It's just about as easy as you can get, and it's a total crowd pleaser. It'll make it into your regular rotation faster than any other dish you've made before.

Things You'll Need

  • 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns, thawed

  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 16 oz sour cream

  • ½

    cup white onion, chopped

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Step 1: Combine

Stir together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2: Add to Baking Dish

Add to a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
