Bailey's Irish Creme, made of Irish whiskey, cream and chocolate, is a staple liqueur in many bars and restaurants. The creamy beverage is often used to make popular mixed drinks. Most Bailey's mixed drinks call for the Original Bailey's Irish Creme. However, the company also makes other varieties including Bailey's with a Hint of Creme Caramel, which can be used in almost any recipe that calls for the Original Bailey's Irish Creme.
Bailey's Irish Creme is commonly blended with coffee, and Bailey's with Creme Caramel adds a sweet caramel flavor to the coffee. Pour 2 ounces of Bailey's with Creme Caramel in a coffee mug. Fill the rest of the way with hot or cold coffee. Top with whipped cream if desired. Add steamed milk to make a latte and sprinkle the froth or whipped cream with chocolate shavings.

Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Bailey's with Creme Caramel blends well with ice cream desserts.
