The Rainbow Power Nozzle is an aftermarket foot plate, wand and suction pipe manufactured by Rexair for domestic vacuum cleaners. The product helps improve the suction and dirt-removing capabilities of the vacuum cleaner, resulting in cleaner carpets and fresher upholstery. You might want to take apart the Rainbow Power Nozzle if you need to replace the belt, clean the brush or place the unit in long-term storage. The process should take you about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Step 3

Press the tab where the metal wand attaches to the Rainbow Power Nozzle footplate and pull the wand free. The unit is now in three parts: the footplate, wand and suction pipe.

Step 4

Flip the footplate over so the base points up. Turn the fastener a quarter turn counterclockwise, using a flat-head screwdriver.
