How to Make Honey-Glazed Chicken Wings

Things You'll Need

  • 6 pounds chicken wings

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 cups honey

  • 1 cup soy sauce

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 4 tablespoons ketchup

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • Bowl

  • Casserole dish

  • Non-stick spray

  • Serving dish

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Coat wings with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Combine 2 cups honey, 1 cup soy sauce, 4 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp ketchup, 6 cloves garlic minced and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper in a bowl.

Step 3

Lay wings in a dish coated with non-stick spray and cover wings with the mixed sauce. Place in oven and bake for one hour, or until sauce has caramelized and formed a crust on the wings.
