Things You'll Need

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Pastry brush

  • 15 x 10 x 1-inch non-stick baking sheet

  • 6 to 8 bone-in or boneless pork chops

Use Shake 'N Bake, which is manufactured by Kraft Foods, to give chicken and pork extra flavor and crunch. Apply the bread crumb-style coating to the meat prior to baking it in an oven. Using Shake 'N Bake will allow you to give the meat a crispy coating without frying it, which may save fat and calories. The breading is also convenient to prepare and doesn't require the use of oil; simply coat the meat and bake it in an oven until it's done.
