Things You'll Need

  • 3 cups of water

  • 1 cup of distilled white vinegar

  • Soft nylon brush

  • Warm soapy water

  • Large pot

Circulon is a type of cookware that offers one of the toughest non-stick cookware on the market. They are backed with a lifetime guarantee on their products. They are made with a hard anodized aluminum with hi-low wave technology which reduces the amount of surface that touches your food, as well as help to separate the oils and fats from the foods you cook. This cookware is completely dishwasher safe. However, sometimes a build up of fats and oils occurs in these ridges and the cookware needs to be restored.

Step 1

Mix three cups of water and one cup of white distilled vinegar in the large pot.

Step 2

Heat on medium until boiling.

Step 3

Place the Circulon to be restored in the boiling mixture.

Step 4

Let the Circulon sit in the boiling mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the severity of the build up.

Step 5

Take the Circulon out and let it stand until cooled.

Step 6

Wash in warm soapy water with a soft nylon brush.

Step 7

Repeat as necessary.

Do not use any brush more abrasive than a soft nylon brush. Doing so will result in scratches on the surface, and the pot or pan will no longer be non-stick.
