Tools You’ll Need:

  • Fruit knife and cutting board
  • Rubber spatula and mixing bowl
  • Plate
  • Piping bag and open-star piping tip or spoon

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries, washed and dried
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature (should be soft)
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. sprinkles (optional)

1. Cut the strawberries

Cut off the strawberry leaves and poke a small hole in the center. Set them aside as you make the filling.

2. Mix the filling

In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, brown sugar, and pure vanilla extract until softened.

3. Fill the piping bag
