Things You'll Need

  • 1 cup ricotta

  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 cup dill

  • 1 clove garlic, grated

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 baguette

1. Prepare the dip

Prepare the peas per their package instructions. Then, add the ricotta, peas, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and olive oil to a food processor and mix until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish.

Taste the seasoning and adjust it to your liking, adding salt, pepper, and/or more lemon juice if desired.

2. Prepare the crostini

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice a baguette into thin pieces for the crostini and lay them on a baking sheet. Drizzle each piece with olive oil and place them in the oven for 15 minutes until toasted.
