  • Scissors cookie cutter

  • Small oval cookie cutter

  • Fondant roller

  • Parchment paper or silicone mat

Roll the Dough

Sprinkle flour on a silicone mat or parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into an even layer.

Using the cookie cutters, cut out gingerbread men and scissors. Re-roll the remaining dough and cut out more pieces. You'll need at least four gingerbread men to recreate the tethered paper cutout from the movie.

Add the Gold Fondant

Add the gold fondant to the cookie, gently pressing to spread it evenly. Next, using the paintbrush, apply a bit of water to the center of the fondant.
