Hi, my name is Andrew Dryden, and I am going to show you how to remove stripped screws and bolts. Things you'll need: a titanium drill bit, strip bolt extractor, and a power drill. First, buy some penetrating oil from your local hardware store. The oil will help break down rust and other debris that could be causing it to stick. Cut a slot in the top of your screw or bolt. If the screw has a protruding head, use a hacksaw or a Dremel tool to cut across in the top of the screw. This will allow you to try to remove it again using the larger Phillips head screwdriver. And that is how to remove a stripped screw or bolt.
