How to Use a Steamer Juicer

Steamer Juicers are used to extract juice from fruit and vegetables for healthy drinks or to make jams or wine from the left-over pulp. Combine different fruits for a mixture of fruit juices or add 1/4 to 1 cup of sugar for a sweeter taste. The steamer juicer also comes with a recipe book on different ways to combine fruits as well as how to make jams and wines.

Things You'll Need

  • Steamer juicer
  • Fruits of your choice
  • Recipe book
  • Wash fruit or vegetables. Cut into cubes if you are juicing fruit such as apples or pears. Place fruit or vegetables in the designated basket of the steamer.

  • Place the drain tube with a clip on one of the handles.

  • Place water in the bottom area, filling it up until it reaches the water level mark. Once the water begins to boil, set the fruit basket on top and let the boiling water steam the fruit for 1 hour.

  • Check periodically to make sure the boiling water doesn't evaporate. Add more water if neccessary. The juice will drip through to the center basket and can be extracted through the drain tube.
