How to Cover a Chipboard
You love scrap-booking and creating pages with photos, ribbons, and other embellishments. You have been curious about using chipboard, a hard cardboard-like paper stock. Chipboard can not only be used as a backing for your scrapbooks, but the stock can also be covered with paper and cut into small pieces that can be placed with your scrapbook. Covering chipboard requires a piece of paper of your choice, a cutting tool, and a glue stick.

Tips & Warnings
You can also spray-paint chipboard with a can of glossy or flat spray paint. Make sure you are outside or in a well-ventilated area when applying the paint. Wear latex gloves and a nose mask for protection. Wait until the paint has dried completely before cutting out any shapes or designs.
