How to Add Egg Whites to a Smoothie

Step 1

Try soy milk in smoothies.

Select a liquid base. Use one cup of milk or non-dairy alternative such as soy, almond or rice milk. Yogurt is another option. Pour into blender.

Use fresh strawberries in smoothies.
