How to Add Egg Whites to a Smoothie

Step 1

Select a liquid base. Use one cup of milk or non-dairy alternative such as soy, almond or rice milk. Yogurt is another option. Pour into blender.

Step 2

Add one cup of sliced fruit. Strawberries, bananas and blueberries are nutritious and tasty smoothie options.

Step 3

Add one cup of ice. Blend mixture on high for 60 seconds.

Step 4
