Paint Styrofoam Molding And Trim In A Mobile Home

Mobile homes are usually trimmed in a basic, cheap molding that is made out of styrofoam and then laminated with a thin sheet of plastic. Painting the molding and trim can give your home a fresh and modern look. Plus, it is much cheaper to paint the trim than replace it! Follow my tips to make this job easy.

Step 1

First, you will need to tape off surrounding walls and cabinets to prevent getting paint on these surfaces. Use a sturdy stepladder to reach molding around the ceiling.
