Easy Hoisin Glazed Beef Tenderloin Recipe

With just four ingredients Sunday Supper doesn't get any easier than this. The perfect go-to recipe for guests or just a lazy evening at home. Serve it with a beautiful salad and you're all set!

Things You'll Need

  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 cup hoisin sauce

Step 1: Season the Beef

Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle on all sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Brush liberally with the hoisin sauce

Step 3: Roast

Roast for 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperate reaches 130 degrees Fahrenheit.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
