During the summer, nothing beats homemade s'mores by the campfire. The combination of graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows is as nostalgic as it gets! But if you're feeding a crowd or don't have access to a campfire, try these s'mores pie pops instead. The flaky pie crust is topped with graham cracker crumbs and encases gooey chocolate and marshmallows. Meanwhile, the lollipop sticks make it easy to eat them on the go, or wrap 'em up as party favors. Ready to make your own batch? Check out the recipe, below.

Break up the graham crackers and place them in a food processor or high-powered blender. Crush the crackers into fine crumbs. If you don't have a food processor, put the graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag and crush with a glass.

Tip

You will eventually fold each rectangle in half. Alternatively, you can layer two separate pieces of dough on top of each other. This option is explained in steps 8 and 9.

Assemble the S'more

On each rectangle, place a lollipop stick and 4 marshmallows on top of the chocolate piece. You can squish the marshmallows to help them fit into the pie pop.

This recipe is easy to customize, so don't be afraid to experiment with different fillings. For example, you can spread peanut butter on the dough before adding chocolate. Another idea is to replace the Hershey's chocolate with Kit Kat or your favorite chocolate bar. Or, drizzle melted chocolate on each pop for an extra sweet touch. Yum!
