How to Install an Avaya One-X Mobile

Avaya one-X Unified Communications is a enterprise collaboration application that can connect various user-clients via a single communication portal. Avaya one-X Mobile is the cellular device application that provides access to the Avaya one-X portal. The Avaya one-X Mobile application is designed to work on mobile devices that use the Android, Blackberry or iPhone operating system. The installation process is the same for all of these devices.

Instructions

    • 1

      Tap (or select) the application store icon on your mobile device (iPhone App Store, Android Market or Blackberry App World). Then tap (or select) the "Search" tab on the main screen of the application.

      Enter "Avaya one-X Mobile" into the Search window. Tap the Search button. The Avaya one-X Mobile application will appear in the Search listing.

      Tap the Avaya one-X Mobile listing. Tap the "Install" button when it appears. This will install the application onto your device.
