How to Make a "Wayne's World" Hat
If you immediately start head banging when "Bohemian Rhapsody" comes on the radio, you're probably a fan of the movie "Wayne's World." This comedy about Wayne, his buddy Garth and their adventures spawned countless movie quotes and some one-of-a-kind fashion statements. Make your own version of Wayne's logo baseball hat for a Halloween costume or just as an homage to a classic 90s comedy.

1
Cut out the letters from your stencil set to spell out the word "Wayne's." Place the letters all in a line on the table in front of you and tape them together using small bits of masking tape.
-
2
Cut out the stencil letters for the word "World" except for the letter "O." Place a globe stencil in the line of letters in the place of the letter "O." Tape all these letters together using masking tape.

3
Tape both lines of letters to the front of a black baseball cap. Use enough tape around the stencils to hold them snugly against the surface of the hat.
-
4
Fill in the stencil spaces using a white paint pen. Draw on the cap just like if you were using a marker. Allow the paint to dry for at least 1 hour, or until it's completely dry. Check the marker package for the exact time it needs for drying. Remove the stencils from the hat after the letters are dry.

5
Curve the brim of the hat and stick it into a large glass. Stand the glass up with the hat brim inside and allow it to sit overnight. This will produce the authentic "Wayne" curve to the brim of the hat.
