    • 2

Attach the sliding feeder tray to the rails of the slicer, pressing firmly so the plastic tabs lock into place.

    • 3

Place the slicer blade into the blade holder indentation on the back of the slicer. Press the blade holder into the indentation on the blade.

    • 4

Secure the blade into place by inserting the spring screw through the back of the blade housing and tightening the screw into place.

    • 5

Plug the electric cord into an electrical outlet. Place the meat or cheese on the sliding feeder tray. Turn on the machine by sliding the black button on the motor assembly forward.

    • 6

Slide the meat or cheese toward the blade, using the food press.

    • 7

Adjust the thickness using the knob on the back of the blade assembly.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always use the food pusher to hold the food against the blade on the sliding tray.

  • Chill deli type meats and cheeses before slicing for more uniform slices.

  • Allow hot meats such as roasts to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.

  • When slicing large or foods not uniform in size, start with the largest side first.
