Things You'll Need

• 2 Tbsp beeswax pastilles
• 3 Tbsp soy butter
• 1/2 Ounce maroon mica pigment
• 1/2 Ounce royal purple mica pigment
• Glass measuring cup with spout
• Disposable stirring stick
• Empty lipstick tube (2 oz)

Instructions

1. Add the beeswax pastilles and soy butter to the glass measuring cup.

2. Microwave the cup on high for about a minute.

3. Remove the cup from the microwave and stir in the colored mica powders. Like all of the items in this recipe, mica mineral pigment is found in craft and hobby supply stores.

4. Pour the hot, colored mixture into an empty lipstick tube.

5. Sit the uncovered tube, carefully, into your freezer. Let it sit in the freezer for about 25 minutes. It is safe to cover and use immediately.
