How to Create Scorecards for a Euchre Tournament
Euchre is a card game that was widely played in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and remains popular in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States and across eastern and central Canada. The game requires four players, usually playing in teams of two. Tournaments are popular in the game of euchre and there are special scorecards designed specifically to be used for these tournaments. If you have a computer and Internet access, it is easy to make these scorecards yourself.

1
Decide what you want the tournament format to be (team or progressive), the number of teams (or players) that will be playing, and the number of rounds.
-
2
Go to the Format Selector at the EuchrePad website (see the References) and choose the style of card that you want, either "Personalized" or "Vegas Style." Then put in your selections for tournament format, number of players and number of rounds.
Depending on whether you use the Personalized or Vegas-Style scorecards, you may be prompted to fill in or select other options, such as team names. When you have completed the selections, you will be able to preview the scorecards.
