Things You'll Need
- 2 tbsp. castor oil
- 2 tbsp. liquid glycerin
- 2 tsp. liquid lanolin
- 5 drops spearmint essential oil
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil

Combine the castor oil and liquid glycerin in a small saucepan. Heat the mixture over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until warm.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the liquid lanolin. Stir with a disposable or glass stirrer until the mixture cools to room temperature.

Add the spearmint and peppermint essential oils and stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a small glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store the lip gloss in a cool, dark place between uses.

Tips & Warnings
To use, apply the lip gloss morning and night with clean fingertips. For maximum shine, apply the lip gloss with a small makeup brush.
Do not store the lip gloss in an aluminum container, as there is serious concern that heavy metals will enter the body through the pores and mouth.
