How to Meet Girls in GTA 4
Though the Grand Theft Auto series is often mired in controversy, critics praise the games for their variety and immersive gameplay. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas introduced a "Girlfriend System" into the series, whereby players could meet girls and take them on dates in the game. Grand Theft Auto IV continued the mechanic, allowing players to take girls on dates all over Liberty City in return for health boosts or other benefits. In order to date the girls, though, you have to meet them first.

Complete the "First Date" mission to meet Michelle. She will automatically become your girlfriend.

Go to an Internet café in the game and visit crap-list.net. Find the entry by "Liberated Woman" and click the "Contact" button to meet Alex.

Go to an Internet café and visit love-meet.net. Find the entry by "SoBoHoe" and click the "Date" button to meet Carmen.

Go to an Internet café in the game and visit love-meet.net. Find the entry by "LawChick" and click on the "Date" button to meet Kiki.

Complete the Packy McReary mission "Waste Not Want Knots" to meet Kate.

Tips & Warnings
Michelle and Kate will become unavailable after certain points in the game. Make sure to date them fairly soon after meeting them.
