- Any type of moisturizer, however, mayonnaise and coffee grinds are very effective
- time to moisturize yourself

Step 1
Make time to moisturize yourself at least three times a day. If you cannot do that, then try after your shower and before you go to bed. It helps to have two or three primary lotions for your body while ridding yourself of stretch marks.

When lotioning, take the time you need to really rub in your lotion. Remember, at least three times a day.

To moisturize your skin and rid yourself of "stretch marks," I recommend vaseline in the morning and a vitamin e lotion at night. However, vitamen e oil is much better. You will be able to find vitamin e oil at your local drug store. If you have another lotion you want to use in the morning, mix it in with the vaseline. Remember to rub in it good.

Your "stretch marks" will go away if you moisturize yourself daily, and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. The dissapearance of your stretch marks depends upon how diligent you are in moisturizing multiple times a day. Yes, they do say some lotions do not work, but how often do you use them?

If you really want to have a kick on your stretch marks, then try the mayonnaise and coffee grinds mix together. (This will be ideal for pregnant women) Let this mixture sit on your skin for 10-15 minutes, and then take the time to really rub it in, and wash off what is left. Try to find the mayonnaise without salt in it. I would definitely do this one at night.
