How to Make Pebbles and Bamm Bamm Costumes

Pebbles and Bamm Bamm are some of the most memorable characters from the iconic Hanna Barbera's ​The Flintstones​ cartoon television show. Make Pebbles and Bamm Bamm costumes for your children, or dress up as Pebbles and Bamm Bamm with a friend or significant other for a funny couple's Halloween costume. You can make these costumes with materials from your closet or inexpensive craft supplies.

Cut the sleeves off a pale green or pink shirt, making a jagged, zigzag pattern with the scissors.

Cut small triangle shapes out of black felt, and hot glue the shapes to the front and back of the shirt. Let the hot glue dry.

Trim the bottom of an inexpensive pair of blue or black shorts with scissors. Create a jagged, zigzag pattern as you did with the shirt.

Trace a bone shape onto white felt and cut it out. Hot glue it to a headband or hair clip to wear over your orange or red wig.

Complete the costume with pink socks and black flats, or, for a flirty look, high heels.

Trim the bottom of an old or inexpensive pair of orange shorts with scissors, creating a jagged edge.

Cut small triangle shapes out of black felt and hot glue the shapes to the shorts.

Make a one-shoulder sash long enough to reach from the top of the front of your shorts and over your shoulder to the top of the back of the shorts. Make the sash out of brown felt, and cut into the sides of the felt to create a jagged edge. Safety pin or hot glue the ends of the sash to the top of the orange shorts.

Trace a bone shape onto white felt and cut it out. Hot glue the felt bone onto the bottom of the brown felt sash.

Wear a white T-shirt under the shorts and sash for added warmth and comfort.

Hot glue black felt shapes onto the orange baseball cap to match your shorts or skirt and complete your Pebbles and Bamm Bamm costume.
