Once you open your iPod Nano, you will see how much stuff you can do with it. The one great thing this iPod Nano can do is upload photos.

I will tell you how to do just this. I will also show you how to delete any photo you might not want any longer on the iPod Nano.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • iPod Nano
  • Photos on Computer
  • iTunes downloaded to computer
  • Time
  1. Step 1
iPod attached to USB cord and computer cord

To upload photos to an iPod Nano, first the device needs to be attached to the USB cord provided with the iPod. The USB cord is then plugged into the USB port on your computer tower.

  2. Step 2
    Open iTunes Website
    Open iTunes Website

Once iPod is attached to USB cord and computer, open the iTunes software and under the devices section, on the left side of the software program, click on that link that shows your name, "*****'s iPod".

  3. Step 3
Open iTunes Website clicked on Photos for iPod
Open iTunes Website clicked on Photos for iPod

With the iPod device page clicked on, look for the "photo" tab and click on that. Now, check on the "sync photos" box. Then, click on the "photos for iPod" button where you can search in a folder on your computer for photos or images you want uploaded to the iPod Nano or iPod.

IMPORTANT: What I have found out is, it is best to create a seperate folder titled "iPod Photos" first. Then, add the photos you want uploaded to the iPod to this folder. Then click on that folder under the "photo for iPod" button. This way, photos you do not want on the iPod will not appear there.

  4. Step 4

That is all there is to it. It takes no time at all and it is easy to do, once you get the hang of it.

Tips & Warnings
  • Add however many photos you want to the iPod and have fun doing it.
  • Remember to always safely eject the iPod before removing the iPod from the USB cord.
